Fun Facts

Throughout history there have been many people who have died upon crosses. But only Jesus chose to die that way (think about it, he could have just said the word and thousands of angels would have come to his rescue). Why would Jesus choose to die that way? Because it was the only way for him to be friends with you for all eternity. Hebrews 12:3 says, “For the joy set befor him he endured the cross.” This joy that Jesus was looking forward to was being able to be friends with you forever! Jesus must really, really, really want to be our friend!
